UPS pensioners can file their life certificate on a mobile app; due every year by 30 November

The circular says the DLC must reach by 30 November for monthly assured payouts to continue without interruption. It does not say what happens to a payout if the certificate is late, or whether other ways of submitting a life certificate remain open. The annexure lists the app steps: PRAN, date of birth and OTP, then Aadhaar number and face authentication; the certificate is validated through Aadhaar.
