8. Examine the following statements in the light of generation of e-way bill where movement takes place between principal to job worker and consignment value of goods exceeds ₹ 50,000-

(i) E way bill is required for intra state movement of goods of any distance. (Let us say State is Assam)
(ii) E way bill is required for inter state movement of goods of any distance.

10. Examine the following statements in the light of generation of e-way bill where there is movement of handicraft goods who are exempted from taking registration u/s 23(2) and consignment value of goods exceeds ₹ 50,000-

(i) E way bill is required for intra state movement of goods of any distance. (Let us say State is Mizoram.
(ii) E way bill is required for inter state movement of goods of any distance.
