1. Examine the following statements in the light of generation of e-way bill-

(i) There should be movement of goods by way of supply or otherwise.
(ii) Consignment value of goods should exceed ₹ 50,000 in case of inter state movement.

2. Examine the following statements in the light of generation of e-way bill-

(i) Only registered person can generate E Way Bill.
(ii) An unregistered transporter can also generate E Way Bill if an authorisation is received from a registered person.

3. Examine the following statements in the light of generation of e-way bill-

(i) Where movement takes place from a registered person to registered person then either supplier or recipient can generate E Way Bill.
(ii) Where movement takes place from a unregistered person to unregistered person then either supplier or recipient can generate E Way Bill.
